Making an Appointment

How to Book an Appointment

A referral to see Mr Simon Smith is required to initiate the appointment process.

Referrals are available from your GP clinics and other medical specialists.
  • A GP referral is valid for 12 months.
  • A referral from a Specialist is valid for 3 months.
Once the Referral is received in our Rooms,  Mr Simon Smith will triage the Referral and an appointment will be posted/emailed to you. Please ensure the referral states if you are privately insured and your contact details are correct.

Late Arrivals Make it Difficult for Everyone

We do understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly, however, late arrivals tend to compromise the punctuality of service we are able to provide to you, as well as our other patients.

We do maintain a relatively tight schedule, and we make every attempt to begin your appointment at the time scheduled.

If you arrive late we reserve the right to reschedule or reduce the length of the consultation to ensure that the next scheduled appointment does not have to be put behind.

If you believe you will be late it would be appreciated if you could call ahead and advise the reception as alternative arrangements may be possible.

Please contact our Rooms to cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware you are unable to attend. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Payment is required on the day of your consult.

These accounts can be paid via

    • EFT,
    • Visa Card,
    • Mastercard,
    • Cheque
    • Cash.
